  Really extraordinary place. Old palace changed into the hotel. Very nice huge rooms, compared to Slon, Intercontinental or Union really big value for the money. (These hotels are 1.5 to 3x more expensive) Staff was nice and polite. 10/10.

  Perfektes Hotel! Mitten im Zentrum. Fußgängerzone. Sehr schön renoviert.

  Great location, very friendly staff, and beautiful, high-ceilinged rooms - or rather an entire apartment in our case. Bathroom, while clean and spacious, could use some airing though.

  A wannabe luxury hotel that doesn't really manage it. Cheap plastic gold dispensers, no bath plug, broken fittings and paper thin walls are the problem. Great location and friendly staff though.

  Quirky! This isn't everyone's idea of a 4* hotel. The building is a lovely old palace, divided up not very well into rooms - I'm an architect - leaving some spectacular ground floor reception areas. Breakfast was good but expensive, room cleaning a bit hit and miss, but the reception staff very eager to help with our many requests for advice. The position is brilliant, 2 minutes from the River and less than 5 from the triple bridge. Recommended, but then I stay in hotels for pleasure, not business.
