  Great view, but that's about all. Most of the staff, with the exception of the agent when we checked in seemed uninterested in helping us. The desk apparently knew the AC was broken in the room but made no mention of it. When called about the problem, the night auditor said someone would fix it the next day and to open the door. That's fine, but the AC wasn't actually repaired--maintenance came but the issue wasn't resolved. Hot water was inconsistent--it was either boiling hot or freezing and could change with a moment's notice. Finally, when we were set to leave, we asked the agent on duty where the bus stop was. He told us about 200 meters on the left. This was at approximately 4:50 pm. No mention of the fact that the bus doesn't run after 5 on Saturday. That wasn't fun, but we could have simply called a cab to begin with had we known... The saving grace of this place? The view of the lake was almost unobstructed.

  Stayed here in September. Lovely Hotel, great Location. I would recommend Hotel and would definitely stay here again.

  worst ever! When I checked in, there was no hot water but the receptionist did not mention. Without knowing that I checked in, and I had to call to ask and the receptionist said there was no hot water before I checked in but she didn't mention because she didn't think of it as a big deal.

  Very good breakfast buffet with lots of local made specialties. But don’t trust the pictures... most rooms look at on the parking lot and ugly shopping mall in front. Only a few rooms have a view on lake bled for which you pay a high premium...

  Service is politely. Room is not the biggest, but clean. Dinner was fine. Parkinglot is a bit to small
