::Good place to help plan your visit - lots of info on the main attractions. Free local maps available there. Mix of staff - one was very helpful, one not so helpful (hence 4 stars instead of 5).

::Not so easy to find and the girl at the desk not particularly helpful. We managed nevertheless.

::What an excellent facility, extremely helpful and knowledgable. David even could recommend a care hire, when all else was booked out - well done

::2 October 2015 (around 15:45) I was shocked to see an aggressive local (who appeared drunk) swearing, bullying and throwing objects at quite a few groups of tourists at PreŔeren square, the main square of Ljubljana. Realising that TIC Shop Ljubljana was just a few metres away, I thought it would make sense to inform them and that perhaps if they called the Police, appropriate actions would be taken quickly. But I left the tourist information office with huge disappointment and disgust. Their employee was rude and unhelpful to me. She showed no concern whatsoever regarding the situation. She said if I had witnessed an incident, then I should call the Police myself. Basically, if tourists were being bullied outside their office, it was none of their business. So, I called the Police myself and encountered a very polite operator who did the necessary. At least four Police officers came to the square within 3 minutes and confronted the man in question. After yesterday's incident, I found myself wondering what the role of TIC Shop Ljubljana really is.... is it to inform and help tourists or is it to sell as many sLOVEnia t-shirts as possible?
