  My experience was absolutely appalling. I had gone into the shop as i had missed a tour that i had booked with this shop and wanted to rebook for the following day. The young ginger haired girl became very aggressive, even to the point of clapping her hands at me. She refused to call the tour company which i thought very strange even though i had asked several times. This girl should not be the face of Slovenia - she was unprofessional, lacked English skills and was very aggressive.

  Ljubljana es una hermosa ciudad Es bueno contar con asesoramiento para visitarla. Muy bellos edificios, curiosos monumentos, un castillo en lo alto de la colina y habitantes muy amables y simpáticos, la hacen la mejor ciudad de la región para conocer.
