  Very bad experience, they charged us for the insurance for a damage on the bottom of the bumper that we didn't cause, my advise if you had to rent a car from these people check for any old damage everywhere and ask for any details you see on the body of the car and inside because these people are not honest

  Charge you for pre-existing damage but don't fix damage previously on the car. Get the sense the people get a kickback on the damage fees. They have a laminated sheet with the damage and charges conveniently on the desk (1 of the very few papers on the desk) and at the ready. Very poor company to be connected to Hertz. Find a different place or take photos of the car including underneath where they 'found' scratches on my car while laying on the ground and assigned a 220€ +tax charge. I doubt they'll ever fix the damage they charged me for. Rent elsewhere.

  It seems the staff earns money by assigning you damages which were before as I am not the first. Was 100% careful, but they fix some hidden scratches which were not in the list before you take the car and are difficult to see. Awful.
