  Nice hotel and friendly staff. Receptionist were very, very friendly and professional. Food wasn't great, at least the things we tried, but breakfast was very good and complete (buffet style). Installations were clean, they could use some refurbishment in the rooms though

  Bar closes before regular time 10pm and They are not flexible at all

  Currently i am really satisfied with the way i was treated, the foid was nice, coffee as well and the Cake OMG the Cake 💝

  Nice and cozy rooms (a little outdated and few small things could be fixed but still confortable & clean), kind personal at the reception (special thanx to the marketing lady who spotted me and gave me a free cupon for salt sauna but sadly I could not use it for the lack of time), nice elegant restaurant space but not much food options for people with allergies & not vegan friendly (should have also ingredients-allergens written on lists like in other restaurants) and some waiters were acting a little bothered, no smile and one was speaking to me in croatian(I guess) which I don't understand. The pool space was clean and nice, big + for the elevator going directly and privately to pool changing rooms. Summed up, a nice, calm & confortable hotel, mostly kind personal. Good prices. Bus rides 2 times up and 2 times back to skiing spot(10km away). Shops are few steps away, also some restaurants&bars. Thank you for the nice vacation & keep on a good job and all the best for the new year!
